Role Overview: Associate (US HR Operations)

Job Highlights:

  • Immediate joiners only
  • Handle client help requests through phone and email, ensuring professionalism and courtesy
  • Record customer details, department information, and issue descriptions for effective resolution
  • Learn product and process details to enhance troubleshooting efficiency
  • Log and document all queries, solutions, and outcomes in compliance with company protocols
  • Resolve customer queries as per service-level agreements (SLAs)

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in basic MS Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
